Vision
Software should still make sense a few years from now. We build systems that last: clear models, interfaces that can grow, and code a team can keep changing without a rewrite.
That means shipping in thin slices that already run, saying no to work that does not serve the product, and staying after launch to see what the real world does with what we made. We take on a little at a time, and we finish it.
• How we work
Discover
We start with the problem, not a stack. That means talking to the people who will use the product, writing down what “done” looks like, and cutting anything that does not serve it. You see the shape of the work before we write production code.
Build
We ship in thin, working slices. Each slice runs end to end — interface, data, and the unglamorous bits in between — so you can use it, not just review it. Scope stays visible. Trade-offs are named while they are still cheap.
Support
Launch is not the end of the engagement. We stay to measure what we shipped, fix what the real world shows us, and keep the system easy to change. Software that cannot be tended does not last.
