Three kinds of work. The same standard.
Product, platform, or partnership — we ship in thin slices and stay long enough to see it used.

Product design & engineering
For a new product, or a product that has outgrown its first version. We design the interface and the domain together, then build in slices that already run. The aim is a system you can ship, measure, and keep changing — not a prototype that has to be thrown away.

Platform work & migrations
For software that still has customers and a stack that is getting in the way. We modernize in place where we can, migrate what we must, and keep the product available while we do it. You should be able to see the path, not just the destination.

Ongoing engineering partnership
For teams that already know what to build and need more capacity that will not drift. We join the cadence, take a clear slice of the work, and stay accountable to the same “done” as everyone else. Useful after a launch, during a hard quarter, or when the next chapter is bigger than the current team.
